ORDERING

All grazing tables will be quoted once information is provided regarding the event.
Generally at least 48 hours notice is required for platter boxes orders and 14 days for grazing tables. Bookings will always be subject to availability. We suggest you order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

BOOKING / CANCELLATION
25% deposit is required to secure the booking & date. The deposit is non refundable. No dates will be held without the deposit being paid.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the booking. We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified 1 week or more in advance. For full cancellations 7+ days from the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Less than 7 days the full amount will be forfeited.
All details of the booking must be finalised 10 days prior to the booking.
If 25% of your booking total cannot be determined, a dollar figure will be calculated based on the information you have provided. This will become your deposit and will follow the T&C’s listed above.
All prices exclude GST.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
CLEANING / BREAKAGE BOND
Depending on your booking a $50 - $150 bond will be taken with the final balance of your booking. If the platters are returned dirty a cleaning fee will be charged.
If the platters are returned damaged the customer is liable and will be charged for the replacement of the damaged items.
FOOD HANDLING
We strongly recommend that due to the perishable nature of the foods provided that each graze is set up in shaded and cool area and always out of direct sunlight.
All food should be consumed within an hour of delivery or set up if left unrefrigerated, after which Sharp + Co will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.
After delivery of platter boxes or set up of a grazing table we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury that may occur either directly or indirectly related to the presentation and location of the platters if otherwise than in accordance with our recommendations.
DELIVERY / TRAVEL
Delivery & travel fees may apply. These will be calculated when you provide the location of your event.
You must be present to accept the delivery of your platter boxes. If you request them to be left without your acceptance, Sharp + Co accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
We do not offer pick up.
GRAZING TABLE SERVICE
Depending on the size of your graze and what is included, please allow 1 - 2 hours for us to set up. Should a pack down be required, please allow 30 minutes - 1 hour. Surcharges apply. If you do not request pack down, all platters must be clean upon return. If they are not, a cleaning fee will be taken from your bond.
Included in your cost is napkins. If you wish to purchase bamboo cutlery and disposable plates, please let us know and we can quote accordingly.
Grazing tables are self service, staff are not included in the cost.
Additional theme styling including props and florals is possible, and will be quoted accordingly upon your request.
ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allegories or intolerances well in advance. We are able to cater to a variety of intolerance’s, allergies and preferences and keep these items labeled and separated, however it must be understood that while Sharp + Co takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals and avoid cross contamination, please be aware they may still be present and that our platters are not prepared in an alleged-free environment.
Sharp + Co accepts no liability whatsoever to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Sharp + Co product.
If you have guests who have allergies or intolerances, it is important to let them know that we cannot 100% guarantee an allergen free environment.
